Job Details
Responsibilities
Lead team through month-end close and consolidation process including detailed variance analyses of financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures.
Supervise and mentor staff that are responsible for Payroll, Prepaid Expenses, Cash Reconciliations, Corporate Accruals, and T&E.
Coordinate and oversee external audit engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors and reviewing audit findings to address any discrepancies or deficiencies.
Assess and document technical accounting considerations relevant to your areas of responsibility.
Produce accurate and timely flash forecasts to provide management with insights into current financial performance and trends.
Qualifications And Experience
4-7 years relevant accounting experience, ideal candidate has multi-site business experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA required
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Experience with M&A accounting preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Solid knowledge of GAAP
Self starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent Excel skills
