Responsibilities:
- Prepare and approve journal entries in Oracle Fusion General Ledger.
- Prepare and approve balance sheet account reconciliations in Blackline.
- Compile data for external and internal audit teams, ensuring adherence to control standards.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve data issues.
- Provide coaching and oversight for work performed by offshore accountants.
- Complete analytics for assigned balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze business results and document key drivers for changes compared to planned or forecasted results.
- Compile and analyze receivables data.
- Maintain internal controls and appropriate documentation for processes and desktop procedures.
- Complete ad hoc accounting projects or analysis as assigned by the manager.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Blackline.
- Experience in preparing and approving journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ability to compile and analyze data for audits.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand business results and key drivers.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with IT and offshore teams.
- Ability to maintain internal controls and documentation.
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc projects and analysis.
