What you'll get to do:

Intern will have an opportunity to participate directly in the accounting of real estate investments.

This intern will gain experience in -

• Assisting with preparation of SEC financial statements
• Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations
• Preparing and reviewing schedules supporting our monthly NAV filings
• Assisting with review of property level reports from our fund administrator
• Participating in and supporting periodic Tax and SOX meetings
• Assisting with preparation of schedules supporting our SEC filings
• Assisting with preparation of special reports and other ad hoc projects

• Passion for finance and accounting!
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to take ownership of tasks and deliver results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
