We are looking for an accounting and human resources clerk to support the Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources with the accounting and HR functions of the property.

Position Description & Job Responsibilities:

Accounting

• Payroll management and processing
• Routing invoices to managers for proper coding & authorization.
• Prepare expense checks and manual check requests on a timely basis, route for signatures as needed.
• Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis.
• Resolve vendor inquiries.
• Manage Hotel Effective users and oversee entries to include entering department schedules.

HR

• Maintain position postings
• Recruiting to include candidate pre-screening and scheduling
• New Hire Paperwork and systems onboarding
• State reporting of new hires
• Employee birthday's and anniversaries announcements
• Tracking and communication of compliance training
• Responding to unemployment and workers comp reporting and inquiries
• Other duties as they arrive and are assigned
