Kinetic Personnel Group actively recruits for Accounting and Finance Professionals:

Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable – process customer premium payments

• Accounts payable – pay invoices.

• Journal entries

• Assist the Accounting Manager

• Process bank deposits

• Review and reconcile discrepancies within Accounts receivable.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

• Reconcile bank accounts.

• Process payment adjustments.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and good at basic math.

• Above-average knowledge of Accounting Software, Excel, as well as experience with MS Office

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• This position requires at least 3 years of Accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Monday to Friday Schedule, 40+ hours per week.
