Accounting Consultant – implementation project

Company Description:

Our client is a well-established nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in our community. With a strong commitment to their mission, they continuously strive for excellence in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to those who need it most. The organization needs an Accounting Consultant for a special project to establish a QuickBooks online chart of accounts from existing ERP to enable the organization to operate independently from parent company.

Responsibilities:

• Export data from NetSuite, summarizing financial totals, and entering the information into QuickBooks online.
• Perform data migration from NetSuite to QuickBooks Online, ensuring all 2024 data is successfully transitioned to QuickBooks.
• Create and establish the 2025 chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online, based on a pre-mapped structure.
• Support the transition efforts of a previously established organization to function independently from parent company.

• Strong communication skills - highly responsive in a virtual environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals who are less familiar with financial terminology.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
