Accounting Construction with Certified Payroll experience - Rick Hamm Construction

Payroll processing 75 employees, timecard verifications, LCP tracker input, garnishment payments, AP, A/R and accounting tasks. Lien releases and prelims.

We are seeking a certified payroll/prevailing wage expert to join our team. Must have knowledge of Prevailing Wage DAS 140 & 142 Forms, and dispatching with unions. Background checks.

Duties

-AIA Billing, collections, lien release waivers/preliminary notices, full cycle accounts Payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, cost accounting, and working with vendors.

- Utilize American Contractor, LCPTracker, Textura, Excel, Office programs

Experience

-MUST have experience in Construction accounting

- Proven 2+ year experience in bookkeeping, including debits and credits

- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes

- Knowledge of governmental accounting standards

- Ability to handle balance sheet reconciliation tasks

- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures
