Accounting and Client Services Manager
Salary: $65,000 - 70,000 annually
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Client Services Manager to join our team. This individual will provide exceptional service and accounting support, specializing in A/P and A/R functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Handle QuickBooks check writing, deposits, and revenue tracking.
- Interface directly with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct general administrative and office tasks, including filing and record maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5+ years in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise (Desktop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
