About the Job
Solarman Distribution Inc. seeks full-time Accounting Clerks to work at its office in Ontario, CA. Candidate must have 24 months of account clerk, accounting assistant, accounting associate or accounting clerk experience.
Candidate duties will include:
- Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record and analyze information.
- Classify and summarize financial data to compile and keep financial records.
- Reconcile records of bank transactions.
- Compile budget data and documents, based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets.
- Complete and submit tax forms and returns, pension contribution forms, and other government documents.
- Issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.
- Prepare import and export purchase orders and expense reports.
- Compile statistical, accounting, or auditing reports.
Candidate must possess 24 months of work experience using NetSuite ERP, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Candidate must have a High School Diploma. Domestic travel 4 times per year to attend conferences, with each trip lasting 3-5 days. International travel 3 times per year to attend conferences in Taiwan, with each trip lasting about 15-30 days. Salary: $57,886-58,000.
