Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Verify and post details of business transactions into financial systems.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
