Accounting Clerk - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Ledgent Accounting & Finance has partnered with an established manufacturing company and is actively seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team of 10.

Must haves:

• 6+ months of accounting experience (AP/AR).
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous job stability.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables/v-lookups).
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Day to day:

* Support uploading non-automatic sales entries and payments to the company's enterprise system;
* Reconcile revenue bank accounts and Cash/Check clearing accounts;
* Prepare accurate and appropriate responses to disputes;
* Outstanding commission checks research and clearing in the Accounting system;
* Keep manager updated on outstanding issues for month-end reporting;
* Performs other related duties as needed and assigned by the department.
