Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk:

• Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing for manufactured goods and shipping charges.
• Reconcile inventory and production cost records, verifying that financial entries align with manufacturing operations.
• Support accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and assisting in payment preparation.
• Review and maintain financial records, including production-related expenses, ensuring proper documentation and classification.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve billing and accounting discrepancies.
