Accounting Specialist
This role supports finance operations by providing administrative and technical assistance to the Finance Manager, and Accountant.
Responsibilities include:
- accounts payable/receivable processing
- payroll data collection
- financial reporting
- vendor management
Additionally:
- Role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial data.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel are essential.
- Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment are key.
- A degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
Salary: $26-$32 HR.
