Job: QuickBooks Accounting Specialist

Pay: $28-31.50 per hour

Location: Folsom

Schedule: M-F,  8a - 5pm

Full-Time, Direct Hire

PrideStaff Financial is in search of an Accounting Specialist who is responsible for processing invoices, statements and bills for client accounts, cut checks, remit payments, to various vendors.  The Accounting Specialist will  report to the  Accounting Supervisor and training will be provided.  The ideal Accounting Specialist will have 3-4 years of experience in accounting and proficient in Excel and QuickBooks. 

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
- Process invoices, bills, and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis
- Maintain orderly filing of financial records

Skills Required:
- Proficient with QuickBooks desktop or online
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Minimum 3-4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
