Accounting Clerk (Onsite) - Provision People

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Process and record all financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare invoices and support collections efforts as needed.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements for complete financial clarity.
• Manage accounts payable to ensure timely bill payments.
• Organize receipts, invoices, and other documents to maintain meticulous records.
• Assist senior staff with month-end closing procedures.
• Contribute to the team's success by supporting the preparation of financial reports.
• Perform other duties assigned to support the smooth operation of the Accounting Department.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles. (Prior legal or professional services experience is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks is a valuable asset.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
