ACCOUNTING CLERK

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for keeping records, maintaining financial reports and ledgers, preparing budgets, filing billing, and completing general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for keeping records, maintaining financial reports and ledgers, preparing budgets, filing billing, and completing general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.
Job Description:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices for payment
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting functions
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
