Accounting Clerk
Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a nationally recognized company in the fastest growing industry on earth, and to never hate going to work on Mondays again.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Record accounting data/transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receive, process, and verify AP invoices.
- Communicate and manage relationships with vendors and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports.
- Assist with accounts receivable, billing and collections.
- Provide support to finance and accounting staff.
- Create and update spreadsheets.
- Perform other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skill
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
- Strong data entry and word processing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous accounting experience a plus but not necessary.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful.
