We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk who will assist our accounting department in Coraopolis, PA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to perform routine administrative work, billing, answer phones, process credit card payments, cash receipts, and assist A/R.

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk who will assist our accounting department in Coraopolis, PA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to perform routine administrative work, billing, answer phones, process credit card payments, cash receipts, and assist A/R.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review, sort, and process vendor invoices
- Address and correct discrepancies
- Assist with bank deposits and post payments to customer accounts
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
- Maintain general filing systems
- Able to effectively communicate with our vendors, customers, technicians, and management team.
- Strong work ethic and being proactive in seeking the next job or project
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other programs
- Experience working in an office and a team environment
- Strong writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills
- Must be well organized and have a strong attention to details
- AP/AR experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalency
