About the Company and Accounting Clerk Opportunity:
- Our repeat client is a non profit in Baltimore City and has been around for well over 100 years.
- Due to growth, they are looking to bring on two Accounting Clerks on a contract to hire basis. For the right candidate, this position will become permanent and can lead to growth opportunities within the organization.

- Schedule: 8:30am-5pm M-F. Fully on site in Baltimore city. Candidates must be local and have reliable transportation
- Entering, coding, matching, and processing invoices within the accounting system
- Filing checks
- Account reconciliations
- Process expense reports as needed
- Answer accounting related inquiries from vendors and staff
- Ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk:
- 2+ years' accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred, but not required
- Non profit experience is a plus
- Experience using Great Plains a plus, but not required
- Proficient Excel skills
MaxSalary: USD50000
MinSalary: USD45000
