About the Job
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with preparation of financial reports
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Prepare and process payments to vendor and suppliers
- All payments are made on time
- Ensure efficient payment processes
- Proactive and team player
- Maintain high standards and professionalism handling sensitive financial information
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Leadership
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting/or Finance is preferred but not required
- 0-3 years of Accounting and Finance working experience with the Food and Beverage industry is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Independent working ability
- Attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
