JOB SUMMARY
Oversees and analyzes IGSS’s major accounting areas ensuring accurate balances in accordance with company policy and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Synchronizes and collaborates with vendors, customers, and operating departments through collaborative research, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Occasionally assists management and HR with talent acquisition activities. Accounting activities performed under limited supervision.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for all vendor and customer (foreign and domestic) invoice processing for accountability, completeness, and timeliness, based on GAAP. Oversees the management of all financial documents with appropriate support materials including but not limited to pre-approval forms, vendor invoices, invoice backups, any audit, tax, and legal documents in SAP or in any other required format. Ensures adherence to all document management procedures.

2. Oversees facility operations including but not limited to, office equipment contracts and maintenance (i.e., coffee machine, utilities, copiers, lawn care) and building maintenance issues with landlord. Makes particular office-related purchases autonomously or with limited supervision. Delegates tasks to facility staff and monitors completion and quality of work.

3. Supervises and performs other support duties for operating departments, including hardware inventory ordering, part number establishment, large shipment processing, and inventory audits, and providing findings to affected management. Coordinates with management to ensure alignment of support activities.

4. Handles various types of inquiries from vendors. Identifies the cause of problems and works closely with operating departments and follows issues until resolved. Provides guidance and facilitates the resolution of vendor issues efficiently.

5. Initiates documents to update vendor master file in SAP and communicates with vendor to support related business activities. Oversees the accuracy and timeliness of vendor data updates.

6. Supervises the processing of approvals, coordinates and tracks payments for all business transactions that require the company credit card. Ensures compliance with company policies regarding credit card usage.

7. Liaises with and provides local support on behalf of INAC Human Resources and Administration.
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related work experience
- Minimum five years’ accounting/business administration-related experience
- Previous experience in human resources administration and recruitment a plus
- Previous experience working in culturally diverse environment preferred
KNOWLEDGE
- Intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of general internal controls
- Accounting analysis
- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing Human Resources

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
The employee must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer. This is primarily a sedentary position in a controlled office environment which requires occasional reaching, stooping, and lifting of office files, reports, or records, typically weighing 25 lbs. or less.
Position requires occasional travel, 5-10 %, including overnight stays.
Pay scale for this position is between $51,279 to $62,817. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
