Accounting Associate - Century Group

Century Group has partnered with a non-profit who is seeking an Accounting Associate. This is an onsite position located in San Francisco. This is a temp to hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $50,000 to $65,000 per year.

• Locating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other financial records.
• Keep up to date records of purchase orders; track and facilitate payment processing.
• Support the AP accountant in maintaining AP files including unpaid invoices and vendor files.
• Manage cash transactions daily (payment received from cashiers and receipts).

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2 years of general accounting experience
• AP experience
