Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to work closely with the outside accounting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. They will maintain financial records, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, assist with month end close and contribute to the efficient operation of a company doubling in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial documents such as accounts payable and receivable.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Enter financial information into appropriate software programs.
• Manage company general ledger and process month end close.
• Process business expenses.
• Verify balances and rectify discrepancies.
• Handle monthly payroll using accounting software.
• Work closely with the President and VP of Operations
