Accounting Associate - Century Group

Fantastic opportunity with our client in Orange County! Fast paced and growing retail company looking for their next Accounting Associate for either a temp-to-hire opportunity or direct hire. This role is hybrid in Costa Mesa, 2 to 3 days in office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $32 per hour.

• Reviews vendor statements and researches any missing items or discrepancies Reviews new vendor paperwork to get them set up in multiple systems
• Collects and organizes employee expenses for posting to general ledger
• Assists with bank account and other balance sheet reconciliations monthly
• Manages the monthly billing process for other revenue

• 1-2 years of Accounting Clerk or Associate experience
• 2-3 of high volume Accounts Payable experience
