About the Job
Responsibilities
- Post/apply payments in the accounting system.
- Make adjustments to tenant accounts as needed.
- Review outstanding receivables
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations.
- Maintain records of payments and tenant accounts.
- Respond to resolve account discrepancies.
- A/P processing
- Assisting in increasing common charges, rents, and assessments
- Scan and verify invoices, accurately code to g/l accounts and enter in the system.
- Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental policies/procedures.
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Skills
- 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficient with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Real Estate industry is a huge plus
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Associate’s/Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Excellent customer service
- Great with communication and team interactions
