About the Job
A manufacturer in Windham needs an Accounting Assistant for a project assignment setting up vendor payments via ACH, entering sales tax information into customer files, and related work. A High School diploma and prior experience is a must.

Starting pay is $25 - $30 per hour depending upon experience for this project position.

Responsibilities
- Enter sales tax status & applicable sales tax rates in each customer's shipment destination.
- Enter ACH payment Information into the ERP system for the company's vendors.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally.
- Able to work independently.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required, associate degree or higher a plus.
- ERP system experience, mainly in vendor payables and sales and use tax.
- Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
