Accounting Assistant Opportunity - Work From Home on Fridays!

As an Accounting Assistant with our client, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recording daily real estate transaction-based accounting in our system.
• Reviewing transaction records to verify the accurate processing of closing commissions.
• Managing agent fee structures and ensuring precision in our accounting platform.
• Handling agent invoicing, monitoring receivables, and following up on overdue payments.
• Processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
• Maintaining proper vendor records and assisting in 1099 generation.
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports in accordance with company policies..
