Position Overview

As an Accounting Assistant, you'll be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring efficiency and precision across the board. This fast-paced role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for our amazing technicians.
• Generate detailed payroll reports for management.
• Collaborate with managers on technician-related financial issues.
• Review invoices and payment receipts with accuracy and care.
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections.
• Handle customer credits, refunds, and inquiries swiftly.
• Assist with internal reports to support key business decisions.
• Provide receptionist support when needed for smooth office operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in every task.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude that enhances our company culture.

Experience/Education:

• Some college coursework in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• At least 2 years of payroll/accounting experience, including accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or Service Titan software is a plus.

Compensation:

Dependent on Experience (DOE)
