Accounting Assistant - ITAC Solutions

Compensation: $18 – $22/hr.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
 

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and reconciliation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, such as journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting software systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and responding to inquiries from clients and vendors.

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
 

• 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
• Interest in supporting the needs of a tenured Accounting team
• Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail
