Accounting Analyst - Legacy Healthcare

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position will include wide ranging tasks in support of overall department needs.  Representative possible responsibilities include:

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting that may include such needs as borrowing base and covenant preparation and analysis

·         Assist in the analysis and explanation of financial variance in support of Operation Finance

·         Perform, refine, and automate certain other external reporting

·         Assist in year-end processes

·         Complete ad hoc projects as required

REQUIREMENTS

·         Minimum of two years of relevant full-time work experience in finance or accounting (healthcare experience preferred but not required)

·         Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) with demonstrated coursework in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or related subjects (or analytical work experience in lieu of such coursework)

·         Strong critical thinking abilities including being able to assess reporting risks, adjust processes and automate where possible to mitigate

·         Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs, etc.)
