We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Administrator, you'll play a critical role in our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Preparing financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.
3. Managing the company's general ledger and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
6. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial procedures and resolve any financial discrepancies.
7. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role within the accounting or finance sector.
2. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience with financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
5. Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
