Accounting Administrator at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company in Nashua, NH that is searching for a skilled Accounting Administrator to join their team. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately.

The responsibilities for the Accounting Administrator will include but will not be limited to:

• Matching invoices to a PO
• Entering invoices into the software 
• Reconciling vendor and credit card statements
• Filing paid invoices
• Assist with data entry projects
• Help with AR
• Assist accounting manager with clerical work

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Administrator should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation: Up to $23/HR DOE
