Hours: Part-time, 10 – 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Administrator, your key responsibility will be to routinely, accurately, and consistently maintain and complete assigned accounting functions in a manner that minimizes errors, redundancies, discrepancies, audits, and reconciliations. By completing assigned tasks effectively and timely, an Accounting Administrator contributes to the accounting department operating in an efficient and reliable manner.
- Scan accounting paperwork into applicable folders.
- Track billings to match appropriate purchase orders.
- Assist Accounts Payable Department with ad hoc duties.
- Perform cost adjustment entries
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks while adhering to deadlines.

What it takes
· 1+ years of relevant experience.
· Beginner-Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Microsoft
Word, and Outlook.
· Intermediate knowledge various accounting software.
· Construction accounting software preferred.
