What Are We Looking For: 

We are currently seeking a Accounting Administrator to support the Accounting Team.  In order to meet the needs of the department, the ideal candidate will be a team player, organized, quick learner and flexible. Responsibilities:

• Processes invoices in a timely manner
• Reconciles invoices with all purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders
• Supports the monthly close process
• Other areas of responsibility to include but are not limited to processing purchase orders, processing credit applications, preparing documentation for audits,.
• Obtains W-9’s from vendors and subcontractors
• Act as a key contact between project managers and vendors
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Assist Accounts Payable when needed
• Filing of accounting correspondence. Help other team members in dept.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities 
• Database and computer skills: Excel, Word, Timberline, Sage 300, Procore,. are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player; ability to handle pressure
• Problem solver
• Preferably 3-5 years of construction accounting experience
