About the Role:
Our client, a highly respected non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Accounting/Administrative Specialist to support their team during a transition period. This role provides essential administrative and accounting assistance, including data entry, payment processing, and extensive customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process check requests, invoices, and journal entries in Workday.
- Manage cash and payments, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support and assist with inquiries related to budgets and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Must-Haves:
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting ERP.
- General knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.
