RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Recordand categorize expenses
· Reviewand process vendor payments
· Organizeand maintain progress controls, involving the need to analyzefinancial data and recommend ways to help the company run proficiently
· Find andaddress any discrepancies in accounting
· Keep accountingsystem up to date
· Prepare weekly financialreports regarding revenues and expenses
· Monitor andmaintain collections and billing controls
· Identify organizationalproblems and opportunities for improvements
· Review and optimize controls in requests for payments for all paymentsmade to independent contractors to determine accuracy of contractual agreementsand work performed
· Provide job-costings reports
· Organizeand maintain vendor contact information
· Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills
· Maintain thehighest standards of professionalism and ethics
· Ableto work with minimum supervision
· Perform administrativesupport and other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+years of accounting experience
· Highproficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
· Attentionto detail with accurate data entry skills
· Mustbe highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
