KBW Financial is currently working with growing Services company in the greater Burlington, MA area. They are looking for an Accounting Administrator on a contract basis. The Accounting Administrator will report directly into the Accounting Manager! This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and to continue to advance your career.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the following:
- Filing and sorting purchase orders
- Entering cash receipts
- Assist with the invoice processing
- Preform reconciliations
- Assist with any other tasks and projects assigned
The ideal Accounting Clerk will have the following experience:
- 0-1+ years of Accounting experience
- Excel experience is required
- Excellent communication skills
- BS degree preferred
