Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies within accounting workflows and systems.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior accounting staff, promoting professional growth and team collaboration.
• Special Projects: Lead or participate in strategic financial initiatives, acquisitions, or system implementations as needed.
