Position Summary:
As our Temporary Accountant, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless continuation of our accounting functions. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Address any discrepancies and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
