Description
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Audit and approve weekly payroll.
- Reconcile direct/indirect labor reports with Payroll.
- Process, monitor, and maintain diverted labor reporting for weekly & monthly reporting.
- Provides training, support, and backup for both the AP and Payroll Systems and processing.
- Prepare / obtain Managers information for the weekly & monthly measurables for the MOS meetings. (Backup)
- Performs other essential functions and projects as assigned by Plant Controller
JOBQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an Accounting or Business Administration degree.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Computer literate and has proficiency utilizing Excel spreadsheet and database software.
MAJOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employee will be required to sit, stand, walk, reach overhead, bend to floor and exert up to 25 pounds of force as needed on occasion.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Bachelors or better in Accounting.
Bachelors or better in Business or related field.
Experience
