RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE

• Perform month-end close tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• The Accountant will manage Fixed Assets, Royalty Receivable, and Prepaid Expense accounts with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT on ERP system updates, testing, and implementing new procedures.
• Monitor and analyze cash balances, providing actionable insights for cash management.
• The Accountant will prepare sales tax data using ERP systems, manage compliance paperwork, and address related inquiries.
• The Accountant will support annual audits by gathering documentation, assisting auditors, and maintaining required records.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTANT ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in general accounting, preferably in a technology or product-focused company.
• Knowledge of GAAP, ERP systems, and tax software.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
