Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• PTO: 26 paid days off per year to start, increasing up to 44 days annually

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee accounting procedures, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions
• Perform ledger and bank reconciliations, record entries, and close monthly books
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in year-end audits
• Review payroll and accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support upper management with financial analysis and assist with budgeting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial data integrity standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Accounting or related advanced degree preferred
• CPA license
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in accounting or audit functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
