Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other related financial transactions
• Support external audits and tax filings
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
