Accountant I (Payables) - United Wholesale Mortgage

 

The Accountant I (Payables) will be responsible for the timely processing of all check requests, reviewing and processing vendor invoices, employee expenses, broker payments, and credit card reports. This person would also work on monthly accruals to as well as general ledger reconciliations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Verifying approval levels on check requests and invoices
• Posting documents in the Loan Vision accounting system
• Printing checks, preparing wires, and recording manual payments
• Processing Month- End accruals
• Creating journal entries
• Working closely to collaborate with other teams
• Periodic overtime is required

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups
• Strong sense of urgency with meeting deadlines
• This role requires onsite attendance
