Accountant I (Cost Management Analyst) - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Note:

• 100% Onsite position. Standard business hours. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process. Validate part lists are complete, current prices match and ensure documentation is included and supports requested changes.
• Identify outliers and be able to investigate and escalate issues to resolution.
• Forecasting: Manage specific council’s Material Place Holders (forecast tool). Conduct monthly 1on1 reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure a robust forecast for raw materials, and assist in month-end activities related to updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS)
• Publish reports, understand the reports you publish and be able to answer questions

Skill Set Requirements:

• Must have demonstrated strong experience with Excel – specifically functions like VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
• Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work with team
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Good Organizational Skills
• Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

• A degree is required for this position (Technical Degree, Associates Degree, or 4-Year Degree will all be accepted)
• Recent graduates will be considered
