Job Title: Full-Time Accountant

- Pay: up to $80K or dependent on experience
Company Overview: An established industrial company located north of Boston is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. This full-time position reports directly to the VP of Finance and encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including accounting, general ledger management, payroll, expense analysis, human resources, and financial reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, monthly accruals, and financial reporting.
- Oversee payroll processes, accounts payable, and cash flow planning.
- Perform human resources functions as required.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using Crystal Reports.
- Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, including HR functions.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and a demonstrated ability to enhance systems and processes for improved efficiency.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proven history of a strong work ethic, urgency, and commitment to responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
- Fluent in Spanish Ideal
