Overview of the opportunity:

• Manage financial records and reporting specific to grower accounts, including tracking costs and revenues.
• Prepare and process grower payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Track and analyze production costs and expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare grower-specific financial statements, reports, and analysis to ensure full transparency and accuracy.
• Reconcile grower-related accounts, ensuring accuracy in records and timely reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes for grower operations, ensuring accurate financial planning.
• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits related to grower accounting.

Preferred qualifications for the opportunity:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus in agriculture preferred
• Keen attention to detailed accuracy and ability to handle multiple tasks
