Position Overview:
The Full-charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties, supporting the financial health of the company. This role will involve overseeing the full cycle of accounting, managing cash flow, preparing financial reports, and supervising a small accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle GL accounting duties, including journal entries and financial reconciliations.
• Manage the daily cash flow and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and record journal entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts.
• Assist in budget preparation and ongoing monitoring.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of sales/use taxes.
• Manage the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (2 staff members).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of full-cycle GL accounting experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
