Now recruiting on behalf of a large, Atlanta-based company for a Fixed Asset Accountant. This role offers the flexibility to work hybrid (a mix of in the office and remotely).
The Accountant (Fixed Assets) will report to an Accounting Manager and be responsible for adding fixed assets to their accounting system, reviewing new asset invoices, accounting for asset disposals, and reconciliations. Additionally, this role will support other functions for segregation of duties and cross training.
The right candidate for this Accountant role will have:
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with Fixed Asset accounting, or a desire to learn
- History of job stability (required for consideration)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Strong communication skills
