Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and Senior Accountant to manage journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and streamline financial operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze, interpret, and resolve complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, leaving no detail unaddressed
• Audit sales orders, manage customer credit, and mitigate financial risk for the organization
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, representing the company with professionalism and warmth
• Contribute to the creation of regular financial reports and expand your expertise across various accounting functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in public accounting
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related software
• Keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective time management
